The monsoon season of 2021 finally ended. It’s a nice long break. This project actually started in 2020/12. On and off, data was gathered throughout the year 2021. What a long run.
Finally got this cool target done. SH2-126 / LBN 437 is also known as “Space Gecko” or “The Star Funnel”. This yellowish dark nebula with bright red H-II background looks really nice. Also, this is my first project with the new PixInsight NSG script and StarExterminator module. Very impressive.
