Maybe I should wait for the H-alpha data before starting on this dataset. The dataset was from a single night last year. This bright area allows a short integration time. The ultra-dense starfield is quite a challenge. I really don’t want to reduce the magnificent starfield – instead, I want to preserve the colors and brightness to show dense the stars could be when getting close to the core region of the galaxy.
